Love banana ketchup? Thank the late Filipino chemist Maria Ylagan Orosa! Around 100 years ago, she began researching and inventing various recipes and kitchen tools. She invented a “palayok oven,” created jams using local ingredients, and made recipes for both banana and mango ketchup, among other innovations.

DOWNLOAD INCLUDES 5 large high-resolution print sizes in PDF. You can then scale these down to any of the following 23 sizes:

1. 24x36” ratio:
Scale down to 20x30”, 16x24”, 12x18”, 10x15”, 8x12”, 6x9”, 4x6”.

2. 24x32” ratio:
Scale down to 18x24”, 12x16”, 9x12”, 6x8”.
